SHIPPING POLICY
All orders at Blommy Kids are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
We offer Free Delivery across the United Kingdom. Our estimated delivery time is currently 7 to 15 business days. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, minor delays may occur, but our support team is always here to help you monitor your package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you and your little ones to love your purchases! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, simply contact us at our support email, and we will guide you through the process. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method via Stripe.
